This rich, supple and luxurious balm is perfect for nourishing your thirsty skin. This semi-soft balm will melt on contact and glide smoothly without leaving a greasy feel. A versatile balm that can be used just about anywhere skin may need a little tender loving care. This balm with leave a light protective coating that will help lock in your skin's natural moisture. For best results, keep at room temperature. Colder temperatures might make it tougher to apply. Heat will make this balm too soft.

*Can be made with organic beeswax or soy wax (for a vegan product)

Mango butter is known for its high essential fatty acid content and rich emollient properties. It's a soft, sweet smelling butter that melts easily on contact.

Soy wax lends a creamy texture and firmer consistency to this balm. The soybeans used for this wax a grown in the USA and are non-GMO. It is not animal tested and does not contain animal products, no palm, no petroleum, no paraffin. The soybeans are grown without pesticide or herbicide.

Beeswax is known to aid dry skin and even eczema. It has wonderful moisturizing and softening abilities and locks moisture into the skin. It is an all natural product produced by worker bees to build, repair their hives and seal their honeycombs. Because beeswax is an animal product, it is not considered vegan.

Shea butter has long been used for thousands of years in skin care, ranging anywhere from lotion to soaps. Shea butter is also used in medicinal ointments because of its anti-inflammatory and emollient properties.

FYI: If you suffer from latex allergies, there is a slight chance you may also be sensitive to shea butter. "Shea butter is made from the high-fat nuts or seeds of the shea tree (Vitellaria paradoxa). Although shea trees are not related genetically to the rubber trees (Hevea brasiliensis) whose sap is used to prepare many NRL-based products, a latex-type substance has been identified in some shea butters, prompting obvious concerns among NRL allergy sufferers". - http://latexallergyresources.org/sites/default/files/newsletter-attachments/The%20ALERT%20Dec%202012.pdf
